Shipping Information

zzZone offers a flat shipping rate of $4.95 Australia-wide.

Orders are shipped daily from our Sydney Warehouse.

zzZone guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage sometimes happen but in 99% of orders you will get your item in the fastest possible time. We use Australia Post for 99% of orders.

Delivery Times After Dispatch (Approximate Guide Only)

Most orders dispatch within 24 hours of placing your order. 

- NSW/QLD/VIC Metro 1-4 Days
- NSW/QLD/VIC Country 2-8 Days
- SA/TAS 2-7 Days
- WA/NT 5-12 Day

ATL (Authority to leave)

If customer marks ATL in the checkout it is at the customer's risk if it is lost or damaged in anyway. We will provide a POD (Proof of delivery) from the courier if requested. Any orders under $200 will be defaulted as Authority to Leave.

International Customers

Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
