Really loved it. I've had a different mouth tape before which got unstuck and became messy. I love the simplicity of ZZZone's. It stays on overnight and has me feel like I'm getting better sleeps.

I have been taping my mouth for few years on and off so I understood the benefits of it. I bought the nose and mouth strips for my boyfriend as he was complaining of waking up tired plus he snored a bit while drifting to sleep. The next day he woke up feeling better, he didn’t wake up during the night (dry mouth) and overall he said he felt quite energised after the first night. His health app showed a lot more of REM sleep which is something he struggles with and overall after a week we decided get some more to keep with the good sleep. My favourite thing is how easy is to take the tapes off my face the next day which is something I didn’t like with the other ones I tried in the past, I just apply water on the tape and that’s it, it’s an easy and clean process considering they stick to the mouth (nose) quite firmly which is great :) I would recommend to try both the nose and mouth stripes to begin with if you never tried the mouth strips before. This will enable you to grab enough air through the night. My boyfriend snoring is gone which is why I ordered more :)

I was very happy with my zzzzone patches, had the best night sleep I’ve had in years, I actually woke feeling very rested, & felt Iike jumping out of bed… which has been a long time coming.
The only thing I would like to see is SKIN COLOUR tape as not to scare my partner.

I’ve tried many Amazon tapes but they always end up off half way through the night. This is strong enough to stay all night but I can easily take it off in the morning. Only a tiny bit a residue that comes off

I have been using a full face cpap mask every night without fail for 5,187 nights (as in consecutively, one after the other in a row) I now have begun using the mouth tape together with a nasal mask and ................what a change. Less restriction, less early morning sand in mouth taste from air leaks and more unbroken sleep by now being able to stay asleep so much longer. Great product that gives great result
